When contacting us, please include:

The number of mugs you require (see pricing table below).

• If applicable, your desired font for any text on your mug.

• The relevant *artwork.

A description of how you would like your mug to look (ie what images to use and what text).

*Artwork Guidance

• If the digital file size is very large, you can send it by post on a disc or stick.

• Digital images should be good quality JPGs or PDFs – the larger the file the better

• Ideally, we need an image of 300 pixels per inch or greater

• It’s best not to re-size or crop your images – leave that to us

• Please don’t send images that have been “captured” or copied from a website. They may look good on screen but are usually too low resolution for quality printing

• We are able to work from photographs but please package carefully. Scanned photographs provide a good quality reproduction but will not be as good as digital

Personalised coffee mugs – Pricing

1-2 mugs of the same design are priced at £7 each

3-10 mugs are priced at £6.50 each

11-20 mugs are priced at £6 each

21-35 mugs are priced at £5 each

Post and packing – please add £4.50 for a single mug.

Corporate orders are usually in multiples of 36 mugs and postage costs £9 per box of 36

Our preferred method of payment is by bank transfer (Bank Transfer details will be in the email we send to you)

We will give you the full price after we receive your email.

Or you can pay securely online via PayPal.

Before you pay by PayPal, email us with your requirements and we will give you the full price – including post and packing.

Payment by PayPal carries a small premium (4%)

NB: Sublimation, the process we use, gives very good reproduction but we cannot guarantee an exact colour match

Damage in Transit

Should you have received damaged mugs we will need to claim against our carrier. They require us to make a claim within 7 days of delivery. We will replace your damaged mugs provided that we are advised of any damage within 5 days of delivery. We need a photo of the damaged mugs. Any claim made outside of 5 days from delivery and any claim not accompanied by a photo of the damaged mugs within 5 days of delivery cannot be met.
